Want to know how social media management works? Excellent, you've arrived at the right page. I've written these FAQs to address some of the most common questions I receive from prospective clients.

How does Social Media Management work?

You recognize the necessity of social media for marketing your business. You know it takes time to compose posts, create images, develop a content strategy, synchronize it with your merchandise and services, respond and answer questions and comments, etc. You recognize that social media posting is excessively demanding.

All of the above is what I do. You hire me to do it. I write posts, create graphics, create a content strategy, sync the strategy to include the products and services you want to sell, answer questions and comments, and post consistently on your desired platform. Social media is my job. You get back to running your therapy business!

As a Social Media Manager, are you posting for me?

Yes, social media management (& engagement) is a ghost service. I am posting on your social media profiles, under your handles, as you. The only way someone knows if you tell them.

If people ask questions, do you go in and answer them?

Yes, this comes with our engagement package! The customer service aspect of social media is vital. If you want us to fully takeover - I 100% recommend this add-on.

Do you respond to comments?

Yes! With our engagement add-on, I respond to questions and comments. Whether it's liking a comment, or thanking someone for sharing, it's all a part of customer service via social.

If people ask questions, do you go in and answer them?

We manage facebook & instagram. We are currently looking to add on Pinterest!

I don’t have time to use social. Do I still have to login and post?

Clients, rarely, if ever, post after becoming clients. Social media management services are designed in such a way that I take over your social media accounts and you can concentrate on what you do best, running your business. You may, of course, post if you wish.

How will I know if what you are doing is working?

We will set specific objectives and goals. We will go over certain analytics monthly to review and measure. This helps us stay on task.

How often will you post on social media?

There are different package options, each with a different posting minimum schedule. Some people just want their profiles to look active, while others want to strategically increasing their following. The level of posting varies according to each goal.
